Inspection Protocol

04 Steps
Step.01

Yard Sorting

Material is collected from the local market and our own yard, then visually segregated by grade family before any instrument check.

Step.02

Molybdenum Electrolyte Test

We use an electrolyte for the detection of molybdenum to distinguish original SS 304 from SS 316 — preventing cross-grade contamination at source.

Step.03

Niton XL2 XRF Verification

Every lot is scanned with the Thermo Scientific Niton XL2 handheld analyser. Only material with a verified chemical composition is selected for export.

Step.04

Third-Party Inspection

An internationally recognised independent inspection company checks quality and certifies non-radioactive / non-explosive status for each shipment.

Cert.NR_NE

Non-Radioactive.
Non-Explosive.

We certify that each consignment does not contain any type of arms, ammunition, mines, shells, cartridges, radio-active or contaminated material — in any form whatsoever.
